Your residential furnace servicing includes the following:

1. Test thermostat for proper functionality.
2. Test hot surface igniter.
3. Test blower and inspect for dust buildup (Tech may recommend additional cleaning).
4. Test and clean pilot assembly, orifice and sensor. 
5. Clean combustion chamber. 
6. If necessary, replace thermocouple.
7. Inspect heat exchangers.
8. Inspect coils for dust buildup (Tech may recommend additional cleaning).
9. Inspect combustion motor.
10. Replace filter (provided by the customer).
11. Add lubrication where necessary. 
12. Inspect condensation evacuation functionality.
13. Check pressure switch, gas pressure and flame signal.
14. If necessary, recommend additional cleaning and repairs.

Your residential air conditioning servicing includes the following:

1. Check thermostat for proper functionality.
2. Inspect and clean drain line and drain pan.
3. Inspect evaporator coils.
4. Inspect electrical wirings and controls to avoid equipment failure and electrical fires.
5. Lubricate blower and condenser fans.

Your Residential mini split servicing includes the following:

1. Check for proper functionality.
2. Inspect evaporator coils.
3. Inspect condensation functionality.
4. Inspect propeller. 
5. Inspect electrical wirings and controls to avoid equipment failure and electrical fires.
6. Use compressed air and contact vacuuming to clean prop and coils (Cleaning with liquid can be provided at an additional cost).
